Throughout the PhD in Education with a Specialization in Leadership, Policy and Change, you have developed an understanding of economics, governance, and politics in education; evaluated education law and mandates; reviewed policy development and implementation; immersed yourself in leadership for change in education; and analyzed capacity, capability, and sustainability practices in educational organizations. As you venture into your future as an education leader, take a moment in this final Discussion to reflect on how this knowledge will impact your future leadership role, understanding of change, and advocacy for organizational justice.
