Discussion Assignment: Ch. 8 lists a number of perspectives/theorists/content emphasis and process application frameworks that have been used in organizational change.

In preparation for your final capstone paper:

• Assume the role of a leader at your indicated organization (from your PPT)
• Select one of the frameworks or another framework which aligns to our chapter readings and is applicable to your research
• Explain what/how to implementation steps for organizational change/s

1. What is the change you are proposing?

2. What steps will you take to ensure the change is successful and how will you implement them? What specific tools will be used (if any)? Provide details to support your proposed change.

Note: do not state a theory without providing how the change will be executed.

1. As an intro to your initial post, and understanding that peers have not read your PPT therefore answering the discussion questions will be similar to entering a conversation already in progress, please provide us with a synopsis of your introduction/problem which exists.

2. Please consider including your PPT for your peers and I to read – this will also provide clarity for your framework. If you choose not to upload your PPT, please be sure we have a complete picture of where you are heading with your framework.
