A deductive argument can be valid without necessarily being true.

I believe that I have been able to understand all concepts. I was just a little confuse the first week because I wasn’t sure what key concepts I was supposed to put in the first activity we did. I am a little confuse on why we are keeping track of our sleep. I understand that it may help us understand how our brains work when we’re sleeping or to better understanding on why we dream different things every day. I do find all of that fascinating but what will keeping a log help with especially when some of don’t have a specific sleep schedule? :
