Create and share your own Operational Approach video. In the next assignment (Assignment 3), you will review your classmates videos and provide them with critical feedback.

To gain an understanding of the context for this assignment, first review the assignment overview video.

Then, for the problem statement you developed in Week 1,

1. Create and submit a visual artifact representing an operational approach.
2. Present, in a recorded video, an explanation of your operational approach.
3. Upload or record your video using VoiceThread by clicking the button labeled “Load Assignment 2 – The Operational Approach (VTD Create)” at the bottom of this page.

Your visual artifact representing the operational approach must:

• be developed using visual media (for example, PowerPoint, whiteboard, butcher block paper, etc.)
• clearly depict an operational approach to the problem.
• demonstrate critical thinking and accurate understanding of operational design concepts.
• be clear, neat and legible.
• be uploaded in VoiceThread in addition to your video.

Your video presentation must:

• be 3 to 5 minutes in length
• begin with a brief, concise statement of the problem which your operational approach addresses (for example, do not read the entire problem statement; concisely summarize it)
• explain your operational approach artifact in detail for the audience to grasp:
  • The main elements of your approach
  • How your approach addresses the problem
  • Linkages between your approach and the elements of operational design
