According to your textbook, arguments for capital punishment include revenge, just deserts, and the protection of society.

TASKS:

  1. Review the Grand Jury Indictment noted below on the Dylann Storm Roof a capital punishment case.
  2. Summarize: start your discussion with a high-level overview of the facts of the case.
  3. Note the justification for recommending the death penalty in this case. Note whether you believe this falls within the three arguments above in support of the death penalty in this case.
