We will apply the material learned in class to a startup of your choice. The startup you choose should be based in the US and have not yet expanded internationally.
Once a startup is selected, we will complete the following for our company:
Company Research: Research the company, its industry, and competitive environment in the US as well as in international markets
CAGE Analysis: Select two different continents. Within each continent, select a country that you believe the company should enter and perform a distance analysis using the CAGE framework.
AAA Market Entry: Select one (or more) of the AAAs that your startup will utilize to enter the two different markets. Craft your company’s strategy for each country utilizing the AAA strategies.
Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM): Create a go-to-market strategy for launching and operating in each of the countries selected.
To complete the above, we will break the assignment into smaller assignments that ladder to the final paper.
